The final price is determined based on the period, duration of stay, and number of persons (prices displayed on the website and partner portals are non-binding).
We charge a one-time final cleaning fee of €90 per apartment, as well as the local tax of €4.80 per person and night (from age 16).
In the event of cancellation of booked apartments, early departure, or late arrival, the regulations of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
We kindly ask you to settle the invoice during your stay either in cash or via bank transfer. You will find it in the apartment upon your arrival.
Bed linen, table linen, and towels are included in all apartments.
The apartments are available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. for cleaning purposes.
There is a washing machine in our ski room, which you are welcome to use for a fee of € 8 if needed.
You are welcome to park your car in one of our four covered parking spaces. We also offer a charging station for electric cars. The cost is €0.40 per kWh charged and will be added to your utility bill at the end of your stay.
Our house also has another double room with shower and toilet, which can be booked on request in addition to any of the three holiday apartments.
